Meet Our Coaches

Brian Salcido, Head Coach

Brian is a former professional defenseman with experience in the NHL, AHL, KHL, Liiga, and DEL. After a standout playing career, including leading Liiga in defensemen scoring, Brian now serves as the Director of Coaching and Instructor Programming with the Vegas Golden Knights and coaches with the Junior Golden Knights Travel program. His expertise and high-energy approach are pivotal in developing young hockey players in Las Vegas.

Dave Laughlan, Assistant Coach

Dave is an experienced hockey coach known for his commitment to player development within the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights organization. With a background in both playing and coaching, Dave emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement. His approachable and motivational coaching style helps players excel both on and off the ice.
