Meet the Team

Brian is a former professional ice hockey defenseman who transitioned into coaching after an extensive playing career. Born in Hermosa Beach, California, he developed his skills at Shattuck-St. Mary's, a well-known hockey preparatory school, and later played collegiate hockey at Colorado College in the WCHA. Salcido was drafted by the Anaheim Mighty Ducks in the fifth round of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft and made his NHL debut during the 2008-2009 season.

Over his professional career, Brian played in various leagues around the world, including the AHL, NHL, KHL, Liiga, and DEL. Notably, he had a successful stint in Finland's Liiga, where he led the league in scoring among defensemen during the 2014-2015 season.

In his post-playing career, Brian has taken on significant roles in youth hockey development where he serves as the Director of Coaching and Instructor Programming with the Vegas Golden Knights program and coaching in the Junior Golden Knights Travel program. Known for his high-energy practices, Brian has been instrumental in fostering the growth of young players in the Las Vegas area​.

Dave is a seasoned hockey coach known for his extensive experience and dedication to the sport. He played hockey at young age and later transitioned into coaching, where he has made significant contributions. Dave has been involved in various coaching roles within the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights organization, demonstrating a deep understanding of the game and a commitment to developing players at all levels.
